Operation mode:

It adopts a wireless system-controlled mobile automatic weighing car, which can continuously complete the entire process of walking, positioning, weighing, and discharging between dozens of silos and multiple discharge ports. Firstly, start the car, and the car will automatically move to the corresponding hopper according to the formula. The discharge door will open and the material will enter the car. All materials have been received, the trolley moves to one end of the equipment, unloads them into the mixer, and the entire batching process ends.

The friction material batching system mainly includes storage bins, a batching weighing vehicle, feeding systems, an equipment monitoring room, etc.

7. The dust effect is good, and both the batching weighing truck and storage bin use sealed lifting and shrinking interfaces to solve the dust problem generated during the feeding and batching process, making the production environment less polluted.

8. It can be linked with the mixing time of the mixer: according to the requirements, it can be fed once, twice, or three times.

9. It has feeding error prevention function and material level alarm function.
